"We used this as a meeting venue for a large group so we didn't use the bedrooms or stay overnight. Good value for that. Lots of dishes and kitchen space. Lovely back deck and yard. House is old with low ceilings but clean. It's right on the main road with a parking lot in front so it doesn't feel super "farm" like or isolated if that's what you are looking for."

" Had a great stay with family for Thanksgiving! HPF provided lots of room for 8 of us to sleep and spreadout, while the dining table allowed 13 people to sit together in a comfortable setting. HPF had plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare meals for our group as well. Great parking and a lovely view of the river! "

" We had an amazing time. I can't say enough about how great our weekend was and it really did have a lot to do with how comfortable we were in the house. We were a party of 12 and there were no bad reviews. Everyone absolutely loved it and we all had a great time. Everyone had their own space when they wanted it but there were also plenty of options for us to gather and spend time together as a family. The staff was extremely responsive, If we had a question it was answered immediately. The house was immaculate and well stocked with linens, paper products etc. We can't wait to go back! "

"We booked this air bnb for night night before and night of our wedding and it was THE perfect space. Plenty of room for all the guests, we never felt like we were on top of each other, even while getting ready the morning of and the grounds made for great 1st look photos. " This is a fabulous place to stay with a large group! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and both families stayed at the farm. Friends and relatives came and went during the entire five days, and it was glorious. There is a fairly busy road on one side, but the other side has apple trees, a fire pit, and beautiful views! "The farmhouse was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They were always ready and available for any questions or concerns. They even gave us some fresh food from the farm. The house was beautiful and spacious. It has a well stocked kitchen, and good AC which was really nice in for the long weekend we attended during the hot summer. " We booked this for a group reunion of 7 folks. It was perfect for that with plenty of room and beautiful grounds and deck in the back, complete with a large table and grill. The place was very clean and comfy. It is closer to the main road than the photos suggest, but this presented no issue for us. We would definitely come back. It seems the owners recently renovated the barn for an event space which was beautiful. Great place overall. There is a working organic farm here as well and Mike, the manager provided our group with fresh veggies and eggs. Very nice touch." Persis July 2021

" We stayed at Hip Peas Farm for the 4th of July weekend with extended family. It was a beautiful farm and the kids really enjoyed getting to feed the chickens and swinging on the rope swing. The house was huge with plenty of room for the whole family. Grill and back patio was awesome and very relaxing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a roomy place to stay on a lovely farm."
